Designed for use at mini refineries that do not have hydrotreating. The sulfur content in the fuel is reduced to 70%. As a result, vapor condensation occurs in cleaner conditions.

It is an analogue of the BleachingX additive, but it has a number of indisputable advantages. Namely:

The additive is designed to remove heavy metals and aging products (soot). Purification of the oil can be used as furnace fuel, including for the production of low-viscous bunker fuel.
The technology of additive production for sale.
It is used to lower the temperature of fluidity of oil with a high content of paraffin wax fractions, fuel oil, bunker oil of any brand, heavy vacuum gas oil, as well as VAT residue in the production of pyrolysis oil. It is applied by mixing in the storage tank or by dosing in the stream.
Designed to obtain a stable water-diesel or water-oil emulsions with a water content of up to 50%. This water-emulsion fuel is well suited for burning on any diesel and oil burners. Also applicable for use on diesel internal combustion engines (diesel generators and so on). As a result of burning water-fuel emulsion, the boiler equipment is cleaned from soot, the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere is reduced from 40% to 60%, and most importantly, money is saved for the purchase of diesel fuel. An important aspect, water-fuel emulsion can be made at home without using cavitation or ultrasonic technology, which greatly simplifies its production and use. Emulsifier dosages will be only 0.5% with respect to water (For 1000 liters of water, only 5 liters of emulsifier). The resulting water is successfully mixed in the right proportions with diesel fuel or oil. The stability of such an emulsion can be up to 1 week. In case of longer storage of the emulsion, mix again and use as intended.
Designed to obtain a stable water-oil emulsion in the conditions of an oil base or boiler house without the use of expensive cavitation equipment and the use of electricity for water heating. As a result of receiving the emulsion, fuel oil has higher environmental performance, preventing pollution of the boilers, higher calorific value with full combustion of fuel. And most importantly, cash savings of up to 15% per 1 ton of fuel oil. The process of preparation of the emulsion is performed in a tank for storing fuel oil by mixing emulsion water and fuel oil through a gear pump. It is also possible to stabilize the fuel oil already watered earlier and to obtain a stable homogeneous structure.
The catalyst is used for deeper processing of raw tyre pyrolysis oil on distillation systems and production of a commercial product. The process is performed in two stages.
This allows to increase the life of the catalyst. Due to their chemical properties and the porosity of the catalyst, these two processes allow the sulfur content of the oil to be removed to 70%, to obtain a stable color of the fuel and to remove the pungent smell.
